The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to join the Brand Partnership team
at Spond. This role is focused on winning new business and growing advertising
and partnership revenue in Norway. Based in our brand new Oslo office, you’ll
work closely with advertisers and agencies to identify opportunities, pitch
solutions, and close deals. This role suits a hands-on salesperson with strong
commercial instincts, who enjoys winning new business and wants to help grow
the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of Spond’s advertising and
partnership strategy in Norway
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and
agencies
Identify new business opportunities and help drive growth
Learn and effectively communicate Spond’s product offering and
value proposition to clients.
Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance
targets.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to
align on campaign success.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital
advertising (ideally in media).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills —
comfortable talking to clients at all levels.
A good understanding of the digital advertising landscape,
campaign performance, and media planning basics.
Motivated self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven
reporting.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business,
Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
