AD Creative Producer
We are looking for a hands-on AD Creative Producer to plan, manage, and produce high-quality creative marketing assets across digital and in-store channels. This role is a hybrid between a project manager and a production designer, combining strong executional skills with structured ownership of creative deliveries.
You will play a key role in ensuring that brand-consistent, performance-driven assets are delivered on time and at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams across Digital Commerce & Customer Engagement and Sales & Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibility Areas
Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end creative production pipeline across campaigns, channels, and markets
Act as a hybrid role between project manager and production designer, with clear ownership of both planning and execution
Produce and adapt creative assets within static and motion design for digital and physical channels (e-com, paid media, SoMe, POS, in-store)
Develop clear activation and production briefs and maintain a central production and delivery calendar
Work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, media, and retail teams to plan, prioritize, and execute creative deliveries
Ensure assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and performance requirements
Manage timelines, priorities, approvals, and handover to media and channel teams
Support performance optimization through creative testing, iteration, and learnings
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers when needed
About You
Documented project management experience within creative or marketing production
Strong hands-on experience with design and production tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
Solid experience with motion design and video production, particularly in After Effects or similar tools
Strong understanding of creative formats and requirements across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and retail/in-store environments
Detail-oriented with a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable taking full ownership of deliveries
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling multiple stakeholders and priorities
Fluent in English, written and spoken; a Nordic language is an advantage
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Production, Communication, Design, or other relevant fields
Equivalent practical experience (5+ years in digital creative production) may compensate for lacking formal education
